Hello, I'm Sofia!
My life’s purpose has always been rooted in the process of healing...
At an early age, just 6 years old, I decided I wanted to become a Veterinarian, and that’s exactly what I did. I began working towards my purpose by helping animals. However, the Universe had other plans for me. In 2020, I discovered breathwork and was guided to dive into the healing of my own soul.
Over five years of practice, I experienced a profound transformation in the way I show up in the world and in my relationship with myself and others. Along the journey, I felt called to become a spiritual healer and today I help others on their own path of self-healing and self-discovery.

Breathwork is an emotional and spiritual healing tool that uses control of the breath to deepen awareness of the body and our life energy.
